Our founding partner Nicola brings Myrtle, our company Kombi, and 20 plus years producing award winning creative work and developing in-house capabilities for clients. Adrian brings another 20 plus years experience forging strategic futures for brands and has twice built his own agency. 

Together we have assembled a team of very accomplished individuals. Each with their own unique skill set, each with a ton of experience. Each very talented and nice.

The last bit is the important bit. Without talent, you aren’t going to get to the good work. The work that makes people sit up and take notice. Without being nice, you aren’t going to be open to sharing the creative journey with clients and get the opportunity to do the good work. 

So we put those two traits together with a like minded collective, in a new model agency to deliver better results, faster. It’s that simple.

Nicola Foster.

Nicola, the founding principal of the In-House Agency has over 25 years experience delivering world class creative for some of the best leading global brands and listed companies. Her collective of work includes award winning brand building and activation campaigns integrated through television, outdoor, print, mobile, web, digital and social channels.

She has a passion for ideas that move people. Ideas that are driven by the curation of compelling strategy designed to meet business and brand objectives.

Most recently as creative director to an ASX-listed, household brand, Nicola developed the model for the ideal in-house agency.
A model that resulted in the creation of an in-house studio capable of delivering world class creative and effectiveness, whilst at the same time ensuring optimal financial efficiency for the company. 
It was the experience that led her to the creation of the In-House Agency. An agency idea that every brand and company can now embrace.

Adrian Pritchard.

Adrian is an accomplished business leader, brand strategist and a former creative director with broad experience across many product categories, markets and communications disciplines.

As a partner of The In-House Agency he brings over 25 years experience successfully delivering profitable growth through the alignment of business objectives with brand, marketing, sales and customer.

He has had a successful career in the top multinational agencies building some the biggest and best known consumer brands. He has twice successfully built his own agency, so he is uniquely placed to understand the critical importance of adding genuine value to a clients’ bottom line by securing a greater share of the future for their brands.

A passionate brand advocate and a champion of great ideas. Adrians work has been recognised in effectiveness and creative awards consistently both domestically and on the world stage.

Malcolm Chambers.

Mal Chambers is a senior advertising/marketing creative. who has been in the business for over 18 years, working in both London and Australia. He has been awarded for both creativity and effectiveness at both national and international levels. Mal’s dedication to creating exceptional work is a testament to his commitment to quality and craft. 

Jodie Mussared.

Jodie is a Senior Production Manager & Photographic Producer with more than 20 years experience in global advertising agencies in both Sydney & Melbourne, having worked with both above the line and digital marketing.
As an Operations Manager and Artbuyer she’s responsible for scheduling, resource management, trafficking, managing timelines, liaising with internal/ external stakeholders, process development and implementation for the creative & studio departments, as well as budget management.
Well organised, highly motivated, detail oriented and a team player who comes to challenges with enthusiasm & passion.

Cate Lane.

A 25-year veteran of the industry, Cate writes copy that speaks volumes. With deep experience across digital and social channels, retail, mainstream and through the line, she finds that golden nugget of copy goodness and makes it shine. With so many niche writers in the market, there’s one thing that Cate specialises in: writing awesome copy. Excellent, witty, entertaining, succinct and engaging copy. She’s worked on brands both local and global; for agencies, design shops and in-house creative departments big and boutique; and herself. As a rule, she doesn’t take herself, or life, too seriously. As it should be.

David Poon.

David’s career in advertising and design spans over 20 years at some of the world’s best-known agencies in both Hong Kong and Australia with a raft of international and local advertising awards. As a brand management and through-the-line specialist, his special interests are business concepts, brands and customer relationships. He is passionate about bringing a unique level of skill and expertise to his craft. In his downtime, he finds inspiration in food, wine, travel and photography.

Tony Hardy.

Tony is an award winning  creative director, having created successful campaigns for iconic brands from Holden to Beyond Blue, AAMI to Australia Post, Bulla Foods, Kathmandu, NAB Business, the VRGL, EML, MLC and many more. He has been a columnist with The Age newspaper, ABC radio (Brisbane) and is the published author of
three books.

Nicole Scherer.

Nicole is an interactive art director, an adaholic & artaholic! Her aim is to inspire with her passion for big ideas and beautiful crafted design combined with world-leading interactive technology, but also integrated within the traditional space.
Story 1st. Technology 2nd.
Nicole has helped national and international brands create and design memorable and innovative experiences to engage audiences and create brand awareness from concept, strategy to production.
She has created successful campaigns in Australia, China and Europe.

Yvette English.

Yvette is a graphic designer with a love for strategy, she has worked on many successful design projects across multiple businesses.
With a deep interest in human-centered design, each project is approached with empathy at the core of her design-thinking. Yvette’s goals are to collaborate and connect with purpose-driven clients to facilitate positive impact and social change.

Tayla Gentle.

Tayla is a content producer passionate about the way words and visuals can be used to inspire, engage and change.
To date she’s produced successful content campaigns
for brands such as Intrepid Travel and Vinomofo, Lonely Planet and Red Bull Australia. Tayla is also an experienced travel journalist and one half of adventure content brand @twohumanstravel, an outfit dedicated to honest and responsible travel storytelling.

CJ Tayeh.

CJ is a strategic problem-solver and thought-starter. She’s skilled at distilling information-overload into insights that we can all understand. She’s got a drive
to innovate that penetrates every project she works on.
With experience across a diversity of industries spanning NGO, Government and commercial sectors, her portfolio includes Vegemite, eBay, Deliveroo, Inclusive Australia, Our Watch, Hanes, 13Cabs and West Winds Gin.

Gareth Fitzpatrick.

Gareth is a Senior Creative Copywriter who cut his teeth
in London developing campaigns for a diverse range of brands including Sega, GlaxoSmithKline, Royal Ascot, Costa Coffee and British Telecom. Since moving
to Australia he’s won pitches for LG Australia, CommSec and the NRL and has written copy
for Qantas, Toyota and the Australian Turf Club.
In 2017 a campaign he created for LG Entertainment won two
AME awards.

Andrew Fisher.

Andrew is a very experienced Creative Director, Copywriter and Conceptual Content and UX Writer. He’s worked on hundreds of international and local brands, both in direct client relationships and at creative advertising agencies. Andrew has exceptional creative and strategic ability, excellent leadership and people skills. Highly skilled in receiving a client brief, developing multiple platforms, presenting to all stakeholders and producing and implementing a completely integrated creative campaign. Trained and nurtured many hundreds of junior and student creatives from Europe and Australasia.

Eyvonne Carfora.

Eyvonne has been a producer in media production for over 20 years.
She was Head of TV Production for Ogilvy’s and currently works as a senior freelance producer for Melbourne’s top advertising agencies, is an independent production company producer and an animation post producer working on international ad campaigns for Unilever.
When not exhausted by all that, she has developed and produced trailers for MIFF and AFI and the web series “Little Acorns” funded by Screen Australia and Film Victoria.

Lauren Gray.

Lauren is an exceptionally talented graphic designer who has worked on Fashion, Wellness, Technology, Education, Interiors and Beauty. She’s skilled in print and digital design, content creation, branding, styling and art direction. With a Bachelor of Design and over a decade of working in the design space, Lauren has worked for agencies, in-house at brands and at her own studio.

Zac Martin.

Zac is a creative strategist.
He works with clients to turn business problems into opportunities. It’s his job to make work more effective. Zac believes planning is unnecessarily complicated and there’s nothing more fun than writing a killer creative brief. He’s worked with brands such as Movember, Specsavers, Honda, Asahi, Cadbury and the Red Cross Blood Service. He also hates buzzwords.
